Van Builder
- Full-Time
- On-Site
- West Sacramento, CA
You'll work on the shop floor taking an empty Sprinter cargo van all the way to a finished camper. It's hands-on work across every stage of a build, so no two weeks look the same.
What You'll Do
- Prep vans for conversion: sound deadening, insulation, subfloor, and framing
- Cut and install windows, roof fans, and rooftop AC units
- Build and install cabinetry, wall panels, and ceiling panels
- Install electrical systems, lighting, and plumbing
- Handle finish work and final quality checks before a van is delivered
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on building experience: carpentry, cabinetry, automotive, electrical, construction, or your own van build
- Comfortable with power tools and accurate with a tape measure
- Care about the details and take pride in clean, finished work
- Show up on time, communicate clearly, and can work on your own
- Willing to learn. We will teach the right person our way of building
- Love getting outside. We want people who would actually use the vans we build
